We always aim to provide Energy Performance Certificates within 24 hours of property inspection. We can carry out the EPC within 48 hours of receiving the instructions. We are local to Lambeth,Merton,Wandsworth,Southwark,Croydon,Sutton and cover the whole of London and surrounding areas. EPC from only £50.00. And note that the certificate last for 10 years. Which is around £0.10p per week cost.
